The data security firm has rolled out a ransomware recovery warranty, offering customers added assurance in the event of a cyber attack.
In launching this offering, the company pledges to ensure their customers’ business remains operational by recovering sensitive data from a secondary location.
This offer is available for customers that have onboarded Rubrik Enterprise Edition and working with a Rubrik customer experience manager (CEM).
“With this new ransomware recovery warranty, our customers have our commitment that we care as deeply about protecting their data as they do,” Bipul Sinha, CEO and co-founder of Rubrik, said.
“With ransomware attacks increasing more than any time in history, having a recoverable copy of your data has become a top agenda item for CIOs and CISOs, and we understand how important data security is to ensuring the security of a business.”
Matthew Day, CIO of Langs Building Supplies, said the warranty is a reflection of Rubrik’s confidence in its data security services.
