Rapid7 has announced a major overhaul of its global PACT Partner Program, with new incentives, engagement models, and tiering designed to boost alignment with partners.
The cyber security firm said the revamped framework is intended to simplify how partners and its own teams work together, with clearer deal attribution, more predictable margins, and streamlined processes aimed at speeding up customer engagement.
“Partners are central to how we go to market,” Suzanne Swanson (pictured), vice president of global channel partnerships at Rapid7, said in a statement.
“Our focus is on building tight alignment across engagement models, economics and execution so partners can grow with us and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers. The 2026 PACT updates make it simpler and more predictable for partners to build and scale their security practices with Rapid7.”
A key element of the update is the introduction of a new Platinum tier, designed to recognise top-performing strategic partners that demonstrate consistent delivery and customer impact.
Rapid7 has also enhanced partner economics, particularly for partner-sourced deals, alongside faster quoting processes and better alignment across product categories.
The vendor is also investing in technical enablement through a new Tech Champion Program, which provides structured engagement for partner sales engineers, including earlier access to product roadmaps and closer collaboration on complex opportunities.
Early partners have welcomed the changes, with Saepio named among the inaugural Platinum partners.
“Being recognised as a Rapid7 Platinum partner is a milestone that reflects the strength of our partnership over the past eight-plus years,” Paul Mullen, cyber security vendor manager at Saepio, said.
“Our relationship with Rapid7 has always been built on more than business performance. It is grounded in a strong cultural alignment, a shared strategic direction and mutual ambitions for continued growth.”
