Global solutions integrator Insight Enterprises has finalised its acquisition of Sekuro through its Australian subsidiary, Insight Enterprises Australia, in a move designed to strengthen its cyber security and digital resilience offerings for its enterprise and government clients.

The acquisition brings together Sekuro’s expertise – including its credentials as an Australian government IRAP assessor and more than 450 certifications across leading platforms such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft, AWS, Zscaler, and Okta – with Insight’s capabilities in cloud, data, AI, and intelligent edge solutions.

The combined business aims to help organisations across the Asia-Pacific region better navigate an increasingly complex digital threat landscape.

“Sekuro brings a wealth of expertise and a culture of innovation that aligns perfectly with Insight’s mission,” Mike Morgan, senior vice president and managing director, Insight, APAC, said in a 4 November statement.

“In an era of escalating cyber threats, together we can deliver holistic security outcomes – from compliance and governance to 24/7 managed protection – empowering our clients and partners to innovate with confidence.”

Sekuro CEO and co-founder Noel Allnutt said the acquisition will accelerate the company’s mission to help organisations thrive securely in a digital-first world.

“Joining Insight accelerates that mission. We’ve found a partner who shares our values and understands what we’re building, whilst catalysing enterprise-grade deployments and deeper technology partnerships,” Allnutt said.

“These critical enablers will benefit our clients with greater options in, and robustness and scalability of, their technology solutions.”

Insight said the integration reflects a shared culture of innovation, accountability, and client partnership.
