How did you start down this career path?
My initial career interest was focused on electronic design, which later evolved to include ICT computing with networking hardware and software systems. The transition into IoT and AI was a natural extension of these earlier career interests.
What inspires you in your role/industry? Why?
I’m passionate about building high-performing teams to drive the innovation of new products and technologies that create meaningful impact in people's everyday lives.
What's your approach to customer service that separates you from the rest?
By supporting suppliers, customers, and staff, it's possible to strike the right balance, ultimately enhancing overall customer service. Delivering great customer service means ensuring a strong, consistent experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
How do you innovate and stay ahead of industry trends?
We maintain our competitive edge by empowering clients to leverage the power of IoT combined with Agentic AI and multi-modal neural networks tailored to specific industry applications. Our commitment to innovation is strengthened by owning the manufacturing process, which gives us speed, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate closely with customers and aligned technology partners. Recently, we expanded our Digital Twin platform through OpenUSD and NVIDIA Omniverse, partnering as a trusted NVIDIA ISV alongside NVIDIA’s OEM vendors, channel partners, and AI collaborators to unlock new avenues of value and shared growth.
What is the toughest challenge you've faced in your role? How did you overcome it?
There isn’t a single standout challenge I reflect on instead, is the ongoing, day-to-day hurdles that demand continuous attention. One of the biggest challenges I face is striving to be an effective startup founder without resorting to 18- to 20-hour workdays to ensure I maintain an adequate work-life balance.
What are some of your goals for the next 5 years?
Our goal is to accelerate client top-line growth as we focus on line-of-business AI outcomes, scaling vendor-neutral, LLM/Vision transformer-powered products across industries. We are advancing multimodal pipelines to solve real business use cases, alongside Agentic AI and advanced metadata extraction across 12+ industries, while enabling our partners to co-innovate as we scale our products and capture growth through these shared industry lanes.
