Justin Allen heads up the security operations center (SOC) for Huntress in the APAC region. With over 18 years of experience, Justin has a proven track record of running operations, training, and mentoring teams to continually improve service delivery for customers in ANZ. Over his five and a half years at CrowdStrike within the Falcon Complete Team, he worked as an analyst and manager, developing the core service delivery, Graduate and Associate Programs, and establishing the MDR service within Japan.
Justin’s journey into cybersecurity started in 2012, when he joined the Royal Australian Air Force as an Engineer, developing the RAAF's Cyber Incident Response Capability. Throughout his career, he has managed teams of up to 20 people 24/7 to provide all elements of deployed communications within the Middle East. He was embedded within the ACSC, providing network analysis around the time of the Parliament House Hack. Since leaving full-time service, he has remained an active reservist, training the ADF in Cyber Incident Management.
Looking to reinvigorate his sense of servitude, he joined Huntress to focus on providing world-class services at a price that all businesses can afford, not just the 1% of Fortune 1000 companies.
